Any standard job in your office can be mapped into Office Conductor by creating an `Office Process’ . This is the set of `Action steps’ used to complete a job as it travels through your office.
The first action step always initiates a new copy of an Office Process. As people complete their individual steps, the work and any attached documents move to the next step, following a path of steps defined in your Master Office Process. It is that easy.

Some Office Processes start at the request of a client, and some from inside the office. Office Conductor allows you to create two web-based Entry Forms for each Office Process you create. One is for your clients to use and one is for your internal office use. Either form can start the same Office Process.
To keep things safe, the internal forms are password protected and placed on a separate page while client forms are public and available to everyone.
